Risk  it all on your one life. Save your fate as an overpowered character before the game deletes you. Decide what to avoid, and which biscuits are worth fighting for…

  • In level 3 (green/ library level), walls will appear and block paths. You must find another exit, and a way around the walls. (If you were risking earlier,  you may have spotted it).
  • Some doors require enemies to be cleared before they unlock.

This game was made for and submitted to the Brackeys Game Jam 2025.2.

Within 48 Hours from submission ending, I fixed some bugs, and made a Web build. These changes are listed in a dev log.

I struggled more on this jam. I didn't have a clear, simple, solid idea for the theme, and I faced massive time challenges, as there were periods that I could not spend working on the game. My scope was big, and although I barely completed the game in the end, if I had kept it simpler I could have focused more on perfecting the quality of its features.

However, I am grateful that I have had this experience. Along with new skills, It has taught me more about holistic game development. As my second game jam now, I have learnt of the other side of the mountain, e.g. what happens when you push too hard for what the situation allows. I hope to find the peak of the mountain with my third jam.

I made every asset for this game.

Animating is difficult. I'm going to do all I can to try and avoid it from now on xD. Massive respect to animators ;)

Very fun, music was good, and the collision with the 3D boxes were a nice surprise. Though the game felt like it lacked difficulty and the enemies were basic and the player (the bug player, not gamer guy) was too op with the fireball attack. The boss (the gamer) fight was more tedious than difficult. Couldve been nice if the boss had some healing  ability or something to exploit to feel more challenging. 3/5 stars

Thanks for the honest feedback PuzzleMaker! I can see why you'd like something as difficult and with as various enemies as your "Perfect OS" game!

This was a lot of fun. The music was a very strong point for me and I loved the art style. Some of the floors were a bit bright so some projectiles blended in, but other than that, great work!

Thanks for the feedback! I agree with that, I should have turned bloom down a bit... Thanks for playing though :)
